Disability Support Workers Available
Each participant will have the opportunity to choose their own support worker from within our team (min 4 hours).
Domestic Services
Cleaning
bathroom, kitchens, windows inside and out, vacuuming.
Washing/Ironing
General Cooking and preparation of meals
General Garden and maintenance work
lawn mowing, edging etc.
Support officer to take participant to doctor & specialist appointments, either local, city or interstate.
Support officer to take participant food and clothes shopping.
Support officer to assist participant with handling money, budgeting and paying bills.
We also offer travel services.
Supervised Respite and Short Term Accommodation
Your home away from home: Here at Companion Caring, we currently have rural-residential respite accommodation available — We offer periods of respite that include 24-hour assistance with self-care and/or access to community events., Respite can be short or longer-term.
Supervised Weekends and weekday Accommodation
Supervised weekends and weekday accommodation, we will focus on each participants individual NDIS goals: including independent living, self-care or just a break or a change of scenery.
Supervised Group Event Accommodation
Supervised group camping events are all about fun with a focus. Our aim is to help each participant build the skills to make and develop new friendships, improve communication skills and foster teamwork, all while having heaps of fun and enjoying all the adventures of being outdoors. Activities include camping, campfires, bush walking and outdoor cooking.
